==== Firmware Update Procedure ====

1. Download the **Arduino `.ino` firmware file** from: \\
   `/02_Arduino Program`
2. Download and install the **Arduino IDE**: \\
   https://www.arduino.cc/en/software/
3. Disconnect the **9V power** and **MIDI cables**
4. Connect the FS-404 to your computer via **USB**
   * Do **not** use a USB-C to USB-C cable
   * If required, use two USB-C to USB-A cables connected together
5. If the board does not appear in the Arduino IDE:
   * Open the **Boards Manager**
   * Install the **LGT8fx Boards** add-on

6. Click **Upload** and confirm success in the output console
7. Disconnect and reconnect the pedal to reboot the firmware
