FS-404 – MIDI Pedal and Software for the SP-404 MK2

The FS-404 is a MIDI foot pedal designed to control the SP-404 MK2 sampler.

The FS-404 desktop software allows users to configure the MIDI messages sent by the pedal.

The software includes six operating modes:

Access to all 160 pads.

MIDI channels are fixed according to the specifications of the SP-404 MK2.

Access to all 160 pads.

The MIDI channel is user-configurable.

Custom commands for the Roland SP-404 MK2.

Controls DJ Mode and Looper Mode.

Sends any musical note.

Works on any of the 16 MIDI channels.

Sends MIDI Continuous Controller (CC) messages.

Based on the base note value, toggles between:

• Previous
• Next
• Repeat
• Reset
• Kill Switch

Works in MIDI Mode A or B.

Optional looping behavior.
